How to request a quote for your holiday
- Choose an offer among the proposals on the site, hotels, resorts, bed & breakfasts, tours etc.
- Read carefully all the details of the proposal, the specifications on prices and / or the terms of validity of any offers.
- To submit your quote request click on “Request a Quote” present in each card / offer;
- Properly fill out the form in all its parts, making sure to properly fill every single request;
- After filling in the quote request form, click submit, and as soon as we receive more information about the offer and availability.
Caution: “All requests are in no way binding, the reservation is confirmed only after receiving payment. We note, however, that all requests are not handled by a computer but from a person who will occupy his time to offer you the best solution trying to combine your needs with the best quality/price on the market.”
How to book your holiday
- After submitting a request for proposal, will be sent via e-mail or the detail of the offer will be contacted, according to the reported preferences, to customize the quote on your specific needs and / or to make the actual reservation.
- Only after your confirmation e-mail or phone, you will be sent the booking form with the booking procedure and payment, a copy of the conditions of sale.
- Paid the deposit of 30% of the total (or the balance in case of bookings made less than thirty days from the date of departure) send a copy of the attached e-mail or by fax and payment as soon as we receive confirmation on booking identifier.
- Balance to be carried up to 30 days before departure. Once we receive your payment, they will be sent, usually after a few days and in any case in good time for departure, travel documents (insurance included, if any) via e-mail attachment in pdf format (unless you specified otherwise ).
